Following the termination of the HighScope International USA partnership in Indonesia, three school units transitioned into a new identity as Veritas Intercultural School, requiring not just rebranding but a full repositioning to rebuild trust and clarity in the market. Markathing led the brand and corporate positioning, developing a new logo, comprehensive brandbook, and redefining institutional culture and values to align with the school’s forward direction. The transformation was not merely visual but behavioral, resulting in a new culture that was accepted by more than 95% of students and parents, while maintaining a clean transition with no reputational or relational issues with other HighScope Indonesia entities.
