Prodia Lab, Indonesia’s leading clinical laboratory network, expanded into four specialty clinics named Prodia Healthcare, Prodia Children, Prodia Women, and Prodia Senior, requiring distinct yet coherent positioning to avoid brand dilution while capturing new segments. Markathing led the digital branding by developing each clinic’s account with a clear persona, tailored content strategy, and medically credible narratives supported and supervised by specialist doctors in each field. This structured differentiation enabled each clinic to occupy a specific space in the target market’s mind, strengthening overall brand architecture and contributing to increased revenue for Prodia as the parent brand.
